We are very lucky to be able to offer you the chance to stay in some of the best apartments in Morocco. These brand new apartments are situated on the peeling right and left reef break of La Source, the waves are so close you can almost touch them. The famous, perfect, point break Killers rolls in to the right and the easy, long, fun waves of Mysteries are to the left. Just after Mysteries is the world famous Anchor Point only a two minute walk along the beach. There are also ideal beginner's waves in Killers Bay and Mysteries Bay.

There are nine beautiful, chic, newly built self-catering apartments available. Each one is individually appointed in contemporary Moroccan style and is finished to the highest standard. All apartments have private balconies or patios that look out across the landscaped gardens, pool area and onto the breathtaking set up of four of the best surf breaks in this part of the world. There is simply no better place to spend a surfing holiday.

The apartments at Killer Point are self-catering, if you wish we can arrange to have a cook come in and and take care of your meals, just let us know.


Surfing at Killer Point:
The surf is typically better during the winter months from September to April, when big storms create swell in the North Atlantic. These swells then take a few days to travel south to Morocco, during this time, they spread out and become much more defined, increasing the time between each waves, this is known as wave period. These defined swell lines are excellent for surfers of all levels. As you can see below at one of the point breaks in Morocco, the swell lines then wrap around headlands to create perfect surfing waves. During the summer months, it is still very possible to surf every day in Morocco, but mainly on the beach breaks, like that found in Europe.
The Killer Bay apartments are located right on the beach, in front of the fun surf spot La Source. To the north is Killer Point, and to the south is Mysteries and Anka Point all within 200m of your apartment.

Car Hire Option:
We can provide a car (5 seater Dacia with roof straps) at the spot that you want to pick it up from, have a man waiting at the car with your name on a billboard and be able to sign off all of the insurance paperwork with you on the spot.
This is the perfect way for you to get your surfing holiday started. The cars will be delivered to you clean, but without much fuel at all. This is how you are given the car and so do not feel that you have to leave the car with a full fuel tank. There is a fuel station right outside the airport.


Surf school Lessons Option:
The Surf Berbere surf school has helped hundreds of people learn to surf over the last couple of years. Our dedicated surf instructors provide a supportive environment for you and your family to master the fundamentals of surfing in preparation for your future surfing holidays.
The Devil’s Rock Surf School is located between Taghazout and Aourir, just 15km north of Agadir. The region of Taghazout is blessed with sensational waves and gloriously sunny weather year round. This provides the perfect conditions for learning to surf in. We offer surf lessons and kit hire to all (from 8 years and above) regardless of your surfing ability.
There are two session each day lasting 2 hours each, one beginning at 10am and the other at 2pm. Please specifiy which session you would like when booking your holiday.
