The first floor bedroom features 1-twin bed and 1-set of bunk beds. Across the hall is a 3/4-bathroom. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with 1-queen bed and the 2nd includes 1-queen bed and 1-twin bed. Both upper bedrooms feature walk out balconies!

The back deck looks out to a nice grassy area, and features a private hot tub and a gas grill. This pet-friendly vacation property sleeps up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

• Regular rates are $264.10(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7. Soft Holidays Rates: $297.25(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $330.40(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $385.65(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night\'s stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest\'s scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest\'s credit card on the scheduled due-date. PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
