This 2-story 1+ bedroom 1-bath cosy cabin is budget minded, yet includes all of the comforts of home!

The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bathroom, a laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, and a great deck. The entire 2nd floor is a large open loft sleeping area with 2-queen beds and a trundle bed, which is great for the kids!

This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

• Regular rates are $197.80(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7. Soft Holidays Rates: $230.95(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $230.95(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $275.15(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
