The Wacky Bush Lodge offers you excellent accommodation and professional kite surfing instruction. We aim to give you a great all round experience of Kitesurfing and the Langebaan lifestyle. When there's no wind we have great on site facilities to keep you as entertained or as relaxed as you want to be. We have an outdoor pool, bistro and fully licensed bar. Kataks are also available for hire.

Whether you are a complete beginner or advanced, you'll love kiting in Langebaan. We offer Professional tuition(BKSA & IKO) and we live locally, living and loving Langebaan! Kitesurfing is a sport that will change the way you look at life - an addictive adrenalin rush like no other!

Awesome & Exhilarating are two words people use to describe kiting, but the only true way to know what it feels like is to experience the buzz for yourself! A one day course will teach you the basics and provide the fundamentals of kite flying. The two day course is where it gets interesting - it's where you get up and moving, flying the waters. At the end of a two day course you'll be equipped with all the skills needed to kite and no doubt be hooked for life!

We also now offer courses in the fast growing popular sport of Paddle Boarding , so when the wind is not here we have an alternative - whether you've surfed before or not, you'll be hooked in no time!

There's a lot more to our centre than just the kiting & paddling.. our accommodation offers awesome facilities, choose from twin/double or communal rooms, with breakfast included. After a long day out on the lagoon, spend your evenings relaxing in the Hakuna Matata Bar, or watching the sun set from the outdoor pool with sundonwners on the deck.
